Normally when Mom says "bad kitty" I punish the offending cat. Usually it's when they're eating my food or drinking my water. I'm not living up my reputation as resident Kitty Punisher in this video, though:

My Protector

The other day, I was in bed with Dad keeping him company while he was home sick from work. Seymore was burrowed under the covers, although in my defense, I didn't realize it was Seymore. Large lumps that move ever-so-slightly under the covers are really enticing, okay? All of my poking and prodding Seymore really annoyed him, so he emerged and started swatting at me.

Like a bolt of lightening, Toffee rushed in from the other room. She positioned herself so that she shielded me, and started attacking Seymore, who promptly slunk off to the closet.

I have a new favorite kitty!

When I'm on the bed, Toffee is bound to be right there with me.



I am so clever - I wedge my rawhide in between the bedframe and mattress to get a better grip on it.
